I was so excited to get the new Apple Magic Mouse. Upon first use, the tracking would not work on my mouse pad and my hand began cramping due to the flatness of the device. So I began using my old mighty mouse at home and took the MM into work. This lovely ugly black smudge marks the brand new Magic Mouse is leaving on my fancy herman miller work desk.
also, the bottom of the mouse, just above the apple logo is wearing a "blister-like" mark.
The black smudge marks are like soot and getting all over my hands as well as my keyboard.
i am not using a mouse pad, as when when i did, the tracking sucked. this is on a hard, smooth surface.
