R.I. P. Brad Delp (55), Lead Singer of Boston

Monday, March 12

On Friday we lost "the nicest guy in rock and roll." I awoke Saturday morning to the homepage of CNN saying that Brad Delp, the lead singer of Boston had died on Friday in his home in New Hampshire. In his honor, I pulled out my Boston collection and we played them all weekend in tribute. I am not sure if you were ever a Boston fan, heck, I am not even sure that I was a big Boston fan, but everyone knows at least a few of their songs. Don't Look Back, More Than a Feeling, and probably Peace of Mind. They had a unique sound that was masterminded by Tom Scholz. He will be missed.
