stop using bark mulch for your entire yard.

But why?! Some of us with wee yards are trying to save the planet by sparing the use of water and the bark mulch makes an awesome addition. I just had mine re-done and I love it!

your ENTIRE yard is mulch? No one ever takes care of it, and weeds grow up in it, birds carry it off, kids run through it and it scatters everywhere. IF people would take care of it, maintain it and use it appropriately, then I would endorse it. It is perfect for accenting gardens, edges, around shrubs and trees, but not AS your yard. I DO completely agree that mulch has very good uses, when used smart. Thanks.
